Surrounded by the beautiful sea and lush natural scenery of Miyakojima, UMI TERRACE is a private villa retreat comprising two separate buildings—the Main Villa and the Annex—offering spacious and comfortable accommodations.

On the first floor of the Main Villa, guests will find an outdoor pool, an authentic Finnish-style sauna, and a premium cold plunge bath with water temperature controlled by a chiller system. Enjoy a luxurious moment of complete relaxation while feeling the gentle breeze of Miyakojima.
 Please note that the first-floor sauna and pool area of the Main Villa is also open to the general public.

The Main Villa accommodates up to eight guests and features a spacious living and dining area, as well as an open-plan kitchen, providing the perfect setting for spending quality time with family and friends. A private barrel sauna is also available on the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy an invigorating outdoor sauna experience in an open and refreshing atmosphere.

The Annex is a fully independent villa accommodating up to six guests. It offers a spacious living and dining area and comfortable bedrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool and a private barrel sauna while taking in Miyakojima’s blue skies and gentle island breeze, creating an exceptional resort experience.
